1. The Service

S4kura is a collectible card game with AI-powered companion chat, available as a Telegram Mini App. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Age requirement

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. By confirming your age in the bot, you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.

3. AI characters

The characters are fictional and their responses are generated by artificial intelligence models. They are not real people, and their messages do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Chat content is romantic in tone; sexually explicit content is not permitted, and under no circumstances is content generated involving minors or non-consensual acts.

4. Purchases and digital goods

In-game purchases (packs, passes, gems) are paid with Telegram Stars and delivered instantly. Cards, gems, and other in-game items are digital entertainment goods with no guaranteed monetary value. Refunds are assessed case by case in accordance with Telegram's policies: contact us via the bot's /paysupport command, stating the date and amount.

5. NFTs

Certain cards can be minted as NFTs on the TON network by paying the fee shown at the time of minting. The resulting NFT is your property and is transferred to your wallet. NFTs are not investment instruments, and we make no guarantee of any present or future value. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. Game economy

We may adjust probabilities, internal prices, mechanics, and game balance to preserve the long-term health of the game. Game data (inventory, progress, virtual currency) is not redeemable for real money.

7. Conduct

The following are not permitted: attempting to obtain content involving minors or non-consensual acts (zero tolerance, immediate suspension), exploiting game bugs, using automation to farm, or interfering with the Service.
