1. Who we are and what this service is

S4KURA is a card-collecting video game featuring fictional characters who converse using artificial intelligence. It includes card collecting by rarity, a sticker album, a business-management minigame (MAGNATE), turn-based battles and a player-to-player marketplace using virtual currency.

It is available as a Telegram Mini App, as a website at s4kura.com and as an Android application. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Minimum age

The minimum age to use S4KURA is 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If you are between 16 and the age of majority in your country, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service and to make any purchase.

If we find that an account belongs to someone under 16 we will close it and delete its data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

3. The characters are fictional and the conversation is machine-generated

Every S4KURA character is our own invention. They do not represent any real person, living or dead. Their messages are produced by a language model: they may be inaccurate, inconsistent or made up, and you should not treat them as reliable information.

Conversations are entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional or for real human contact. If you are going through a difficult time, please seek help from a professional or someone you trust.

4. What content there is and what there isn't

The tone of conversation is friendship and light romance, within what would be appropriate for a general-audience television series.

The service does not generate sexually explicit content. Automated filters are applied to every response before it is shown.

Any content involving minors or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited and blocked by the system, in any form or context, including fiction. Attempting to obtain it results in immediate and permanent closure of the account with no refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities.

5. Your account

You can sign in with Telegram, with Google, or anonymously from the app. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. One person, one account: creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome promotions or the referral system may result in losing what was obtained.

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the game or on this page.

6. Purchases and digital goods

Everything sold in S4KURA is a consumable digital good (card packs, gems, season passes, items) delivered immediately inside the game. Depending on where you are playing, payment is processed by:

Cards, gems, items and other in-game elements are a licence to use them inside the game: you do not own them outside it, they have no monetary value, they are not redeemable for real money, and they cannot be transferred outside the mechanisms the game itself provides.

Refunds. Because delivery is immediate, once the digital content has been received the purchase is complete. Even so we review every request: if you bought through Google Play, request it from your Google account or contact us; if you paid with Telegram Stars, use the bot's /paysupport command giving the date and amount; if you bought on the web, contact us using the details below. We always refund duplicate charges, technical failures, and deliveries that never arrived.

7. Packs and probabilities

Some in-game items contain randomly determined rewards. The probability of each rarity is published inside the game itself, on the store screen, before you buy. A pack does not guarantee any specific card. This is entertainment and does not constitute gambling or betting: no real money can be won or withdrawn in any way.

8. Player marketplace

The game lets players trade and auction cards and items using in-game virtual currency only. We apply a commission on transactions, shown at the time of the operation. We do not broker or endorse trades arranged outside the platform, and we expressly advise against them.

9. Blockchain collectibles

On the web version, some cards can optionally be minted as a digital collectible on the TON network for the fee shown. This feature is not available in the mobile app.

These collectibles are not an investment product. We neither promise nor imply any appreciation in value, there is no guaranteed market, and their value may be zero. Blockchain operations are irreversible: once sent we cannot undo or recover them.

10. Your data and the characters' memory

So that characters can remember your conversations, we store your chat history and a memory derived from it. We process that data solely to provide the service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Important: do not share sensitive data in the chat — passwords, banking details, identity documents, medical information. A fictional character never needs them.

11. Conduct

The following are not permitted: attempting to obtain content prohibited by section 4; exploiting bugs in the game or its economy; using automation software; impersonating other people; harassing other players; reselling accounts; or interfering with the operation of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

12. Changes to the game and the service

S4KURA is a live service. We may adjust probabilities, prices, mechanics, content and balance; add or retire characters and seasons; or discontinue specific features. Where a change materially affects something you have purchased, we will announce it in advance inside the game.

If the service were to shut down permanently, we will give at least 30 days' notice and will not sell new virtual currency during that period.

13. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights granted to you by the law of your country that cannot be waived.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence.

We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page, with its date. If a change is material we will announce it inside the game.

The service is operated by S4KURA STUDIO, based in Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia. Full tax identification details are provided to the competent authorities and to anyone demonstrating a legitimate interest, on request.
