1. What data we collect

Your Telegram identifier and username, your language, your game progress (cards, gems, purchases), the messages you send to the characters, and the memories the system extracts from those conversations to give the chat continuity. If you connect a TON wallet, we store its public address.

2. How we use it

Exclusively to operate the game: maintaining your collection, processing purchases, generating character responses and their memory, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Chat and artificial intelligence

Your chat messages are sent to AI model providers to generate responses, with data non-retention options enabled where the provider offers them. Do not use the chat to share sensitive data (identity documents, banking details, addresses).

4. Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Telegram (Stars) or the TON network (NFTs). We never see or store card details or payment credentials; we only record the transaction identifier for support and refund purposes.

5. Moderation

Messages that trigger our safety filters (in particular those related to minors or non-consensual acts) are logged for security purposes and may result in account suspension.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and your conversations by writing to the bot @s4kuragame_bot; they will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days, except for records we are required to keep by law or for fraud prevention.

7. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
